* Home-made Steak and Guinness Pie
Tender pieces of locally reared Aireys Beef. Cooked in a rich Guinness sauce, with short pastry crust.

* Cumberland Sausage
Locally made mildly spiced sausage served with our own rich onion and cranberry gravy 

Chicken Korma
Pieces of chicken breast in a cream coconut sauce served with basmati rice and poppadum.       

* Halibut Steak
8/10oz Halibut steak baked with garlic and parsley butter 

* Scampi Thermidor
Whole scampi tails in a cream, spring onion, cheese, garlic and mustard sauce 

* These courses are served with chips or potatoes and vegetables of the day.
